Positive: A really beautiful place to stay in La Orotava. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. We particularly loved the garden and terrace—it was such a lovely bonus to have a peaceful outdoor space to relax. Despite the communal areas, we rarely saw other guests, so it always felt quiet and private. Whenever we did cross paths with others, everyone was friendly, respectful, and simply enjoying their own stay. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing place that we’d happily recommend.

Negative: The only minor downside was that the street-facing side could be a little noisy at times, and you could occasionally hear people coming and going from their rooms, as the high ceilings and tiled floors in the corridor carry sound. However, we quickly got used to it, and it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Positive: OroCasa 7 is located in La Orotava, for us the most beautiful town in Tenerife. It is located very near to the city centre and at walking distance of shops, but still near to lots of parking options. I would highly recommend staying there if you have a rental car and want to explore the entire island. Location is really 12/10. The apartment itself was very nicely furnished and we had everything we needed. Berth was very approachable and warned us in advance about the weather conditions.

Positive: It was a beautiful old building, sympathetically restored, and with modern conveniences. Our room ( and kichen) were spacious, airy and very comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to the main plaza and gardens of La Orotava. Our host was friendly and efficient.

Positive: Wonderful atmospheric building, lovingly renovated. Our room had comfortable beds, good shower. The hosts are lovely people and we liked the fact we could use the communal kitchen to store or prepare food.

Negative: Our room faced the street and you could hear people and traffic passing, though it did quiet down at midnight.
